Lake of the Ozarks Wedding Association is committed to your right to privacy. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We may also collect information related to your wedding, including dates and places of the rehearsal, wedding and reception, name of your fiancé, annual income and wedding budget, number of wedding guests, and information relating to your gift registry and honeymoon.

You gave express permission through an opt-in while purchasing an item(s) from our website. (This will only occur if you check the box to receive our marketing and newsletter emails. You will not be added to our mailing list through implied consent of purchase.)
Your Personal Information may be shared with our association members, bridal show vendors and other affiliates.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BRIDAL SHOW REGISTRATION
Advance tickets may be purchased through our Site for upcoming bridal shows, LOTOWA hosted events, and vendor events. By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you are accepting that your Personal Information may be shared with the vendors in attendance at that Event and with our LOTOWA members. Your Personal Information shared may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number and mailing address. By attending an Event, you may be seen in photographs, video footage, etc. while attending said Event. By purchasing a ticket to the event, you are also granting permission for LOTOWA and its members and vendor attendees at the Event to use such imagery on our Site, Member and Vendor Sites and in marketing materials in print and online. Tickets may not be purchased without acknowledgement, agreement and consent to this policy. This policy also applies to Members and Vendor Personal Information. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets to Events.
Your Personal Information may be shared with Vendors and Members for reason such as, but not limited to, contracts, prize giveaways and contests, requests for services, etc.
TO OPT-OUT
You may opt out of receiving informational or promotional emails from us at any time. You may do so by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the top of emails sent to you or by unsubscribing via the link in the footer of every email we send, or by requesting you be removed from our mailing list directly EMAIL ADDRESS HERE. If you wish to opt-out of emails sent from one of our Members, Vendors or Affiliates, please contact them directly to unsubscribe. This cannot be done through LOTOWA.
