This Online Expo is your one-stop shop for the best wedding vendors the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, and all from the convenience of your own home!

Enjoy an online-only event where you have access to the regions top vendors for one day, Sunday, August 16th between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm CDT.

Once you register for the event below, you will receive a link to login to our website. This is where you will sign up for Zoom meetings with vendors of your choice. All meetings will be held Sunday, August 16th, from noon to 8:00 pm.

Then, join us a 8:00 pm on Facebook for exciting live prize giveaways exclusively for Expo attendees!

Avoid those awkward moments of with vendors you simply don’t need that happen at a live event. Pre-screen venues and wedding service providers through virtual booths, and then fill your schedule with a power-punch line up of one-on-one vendor meetings with those who best fit your vision and desires.

Signups for vendor meetings will open one week prior to the event. You will receive a unique Zoom link for each vendor meeting you create.

What technology is required to participate in this Expo?
All meetings will take place over Zoom. You can learn more about Zoom and download the app here.

My fiance/mother/maid-of-honor is attending with me. Does he/she need to register separately?
No. We request only one registration per wedding. You will be able to share your Zoom meeting links with others if they are joining from separate devices. This is truly a great deal at only $5 per wedding group!

When will the Zoom meetings take place?
All meetings will be held between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm CDT on Sunday August 16th.

How do I sign up for Zoom meetings?
Once you register using the form above, you will receive an email link to our website. You will be able to reserve meeting times starting one week prior to the event. You will receive an email reminder when signups open.

Do I need to be available for the full 8 hours of the Online Expo?
No. You will only need to be available for the meetings you schedule. Meetings are made in 20 minute time increments. You will also want to hop on for the fun Facebook live party and giveaways at 8:00 pm!
